About Me
I’m Amelia, the anti-capitalist clarity coach who helps people declutter their homes, habits, and headspace so they can live boldly and build lives that actually fit them.
I understand the importance that physical spaces have in creating the life you want. Your stuff is very personal, and it can be hard to make decisions on what to do with all of it. I take a very individualized approach to getting clients like you to consider your possessions and make hard decisions with support. And I'll work with you to find organizational systems that will work for you now and be easy for you to maintain.
The goal isn't perfection but function. Trying to keep my home perfectly clean and organized like a magazine or an aesthetic Instagram account was too hard, and didn't work for my brain. Once I allowed myself the freedom to do it my way I was able to make my life easier. And I can help you too!

On the personal side I live in St. Paul, MN with my two cats, Penny Lane & Sgt. Pepper. I've been a homeowner since 2015 (and trust me, organizing it is a work in progress)! I discovered I have ADHD at 36 years old and it has clarified so much, and required relearning how to do just about everything to work with my brain. If I can do it, you can do it! I'm a huge nerd, I love to read and watch tv. I'm always looking for recommendations!
Credentials
I have a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and Theology from the College of St. Catherine and a Master of Arts degree in Human Resources Management from Concordia University, both located in St. Paul, MN.

I have completed The IGC Coaching School's Level 1 Coach Training, and Level 2 Graduate Program, accredited by the International Coach Federation (ICF) for a combined 185 Approved Coach Specific Training Hours (ACSTH).

I have also completed the Foundation Certificate from the Institute for Challenging Disorganization and a 10 hour course in Trauma-Informed Care for business owners & service providers.
